Heart of Thorns outfit.

I've only checked it on female Norn so far.

The outfit seems to only have 3 dye channels. The black part on the boots won't change colors. For reference, the boots are exactly the same as the female Norn Common Clothing outfit, but that outfit has 4 dye channels and that part of the boots can change colors.

The HoT outfit was free to claim int the gem store. When I retrieved it from the mail, I noticed the name of the item in my inventory was just a bunch of numbers and parenthesis. (right side of screenshot in the inventory window)
