[Suggestions] about kill a foe

some trait/sigi has this effect when kill a foebut there are too many adds not count as foe in game

also many foe not count for kill for rez when downed

• all/more (include scale by event, or meta adds)

1. adds without exp -> at least give 1exp
2. adds count for kill a foe, downed rez

• others

1. kill a ranger pet also count as kill a foe, downed rez
