Legendary weapon effects/sound effects bugged.

Currently many of the legendary weapons are bugged with their "combat effects". For example, bolt doesn't play the lightning sound effect when you use a skill, flameseeker does not play the page turning/light glow effect when you use skills, Predator's under barrel flame doesn't play between skills, etc. Many of them are bugged with their "combat effects". The draw effects seem to play fine though. I reported this on reddit and with an in game bug report, but still hasn't been fixed in any patch released and this has been going on since the release of Path of Fire. :(

Almost 2 months later, and Bolt still does not have sound effects when using weapon skills (can't speak for the other legendaries OP listed). It still has the draw effect sound, however.
