Returning players LFG NA (PvE, semi-hardcore)

I'm a returning player looking for a guild for myself and a few friends. I've played the game on and off since launch but now that I have some friends playing we want to find a friendly active guild to game with. We are mostly interested in pve currently and looking to get into Dungeons, Fractals and eventually Raids. We won't say no to casual pvp or WvW though. Currently we are on JQ but are willing to switch servers if needed. Discord is our preferred voice chat. We usually play late at night but changing our schedule for guild events is possible.

There's three of us total. I play a Warrior while my friend plays Thief. The third plays a Ranger and is leveling through the game for the first time. We consider ourselves semi-hardcore players but we do have full time jobs to consider. When we are available we are always willing to help our fellow players out and will rarely say no to any group activity. We've done high end raiding in other mmo's so we are chill and learning mechanics and meta builds isn't an issue.

Long story short I'm looking for a friendly guild for myself and some friends. We are very interested in running PvE content but ultimately we want to make some new friends. We miss being part of a dedicated community that hangs out in voice chats and helps each other out.
