Looking for pve guild for raiding EU Far Shiverpeaks

As the title says, im looking for guild for raiding. I am playing on EU Far Shiverpeaks.I am returning player, I do not have any experience on raiding so im completely noob on the topic. You guys would have to teach me. I have some lege weapons and ascended gears some with condi stats and some berserker and some healing.
