LF new player friendly guild (NA, PVE, casual, semi-hardcore, ADT/UTC-3)

So to start, this is the first guild I would ever be a part of, as I almost always prefer solo leveling, but this doesn't really seem like that kind of game. Timezones aren't super important to me, but the closer to ADT/UTC-3 the better.

I'm a 28 year old male, looking for a laid back, friendly guild with a strong focus on PVE, and who're okay with someone who have no idea what they're doing, and could show me the ropes.
