Error 42 cause me unable to join guild

Hello,

 

I encounter Error 42 (connectivity issues). I've added gw2 to my firewall, restarted router, etc. The game plays perfectly mine in everything else, but when I try to accept/reject the guild invite, Error 42 pops up.

I am playing from SEA and from what I found, others facing this problem are from the same region. Short of downloading VPN to connect, is there other ways to resolve this issue?
