Add 11 hero max to be able to go Urgoz/Deep with only heroes. It's frustrating at Australian hours to find many active.. let alone anyone willing to do these  elite areas.

 

Put nightfalls Mercenaries register guy in Sunspear Sanctuary Command Post.

Mercenaries get a bonus 'monster skill':
Warrior & Paragon (Shout) : "Defend your honour"- Allies in earshot have +75 Armor, -35 Damage reduction and +100 Health, ends after 30 seconds.
Assassin & Ranger (Skill) : 'Strike Team' allies in range deal +33% more damage with next 5 Skill, Spell or Signet.
Elementalist, Monk & Ritualist (Ward Spell) : Allies in ward gain 10 health every second, have +3 health regeneration and lose 1 condition and 1 Hex every 2 seconds, ward ends after 20 seconds.
Mesmer, Necro & Dervish (Summon): Summon 3 LvL 25 Random Tengu, Shining Blade & Imperial Guard allies. (Die after 10 minutes or until slain in combat)
Pay for Mercs, we deserve a hidden 9th monster skill.

Like WiK Shinning Blade Allies vs. Ebon Falcon allies, the more elite version gets a monster skill.

 

 

Costumes; bonus for wearing.
Shinning Blade- Deal +25% more damage to white mantle and peacekeepers.
White Mantle- +150 health in Kryta lands and Infusion against spectral Agony.
Aegis of Unity- +15 Armor vs. Afflicted, Am Fah and Jade Brotherhood.
Dragon Guard- +25% more damage against Ministry of Purity.

Dwayna- +5 Health regeneration and +35% more healing from any skill/spell/signet that gives health.
Grenth- Skills/Spells steal 25 health from foes they target, attacks steals 15.
Balthazar- -15 DMG reduction and +5 armor
Melandru- +10 Armor vs. Elemental Dmg
Lyssa- +2 energy regeneration
Kormir- take -15% less DMG from foes in DoA, deal +15% DMG to foes in DoA gain 3 energy for each for you hit/target of your spell/you deal DMG to

Dapper- Gain 1 additional drunkard point for each drunkard point gained. Double shrine bounty points earned for title reputation tracks (Sunspear, Light bringer, Kurzick, Luxon, Deldrimor, Vanguard, Norn or Asura).
Formal- Gain 1 additional party point for each party point acquired. Triple unlucky points from breaking lock pick when opening locked chest.
Wedding- Gain 1 additional Sweet-tooth point for each Sweet-tooth point received. Quadruple Lucky points from retaining lock pick opening locked chest.

Lunatic- deal holy damage with attacks, skills and spells.
Lich- deal shadow damage with attacks, skills and spells.
Witch- deal dark damage with attack, skills and spells.
Wraith- deal chaos damage with attacks, skills and spells.
(This damage overrides skill description, nature rituals or skills that converts damage type)

'Your own Heroes in party are effected by the Costume you're wearing' (I paid for the costumes that I no longer wear due to elite armour/mainly bought to support game)

 

 

Night Falls beyond; clear Varesh's remaining forces out of Istan, Clear Varesh's forces from 'strong holds'
Clear Margonites/Torment creatures from Vabbi & Desolation, go into Torment realm and Vanquish the Margonite generals. Rewards = DoA gems and Ambraces.
Bonus Margonite Mesmer Hero(NM), Bonus Hero you get to choose Profession (HM)

 

No this is NOT pay to win, it's pay for benefits.. I've already done everything in game(without consumables) both nm & HM, beyond content, HM only quest, Elite areas. Etc.

So you don't need this stuff to actually win/heat anything in the game. So it's not pay to win.
