Some players may change the skills during a 2v2 deathmatch

After ending a game, players of the winning team who are still alive (and ONLY THOSE) are unfairly allowed to change the utility skills 6-0. Possibly traits too, maybe even weapons, but I didn't have time to check. It's about the small time span, 2-3 seconds before both teams respawn in preparation for the next game.
