Game crashes when selecting legendary sigils

I figured I'd start here first to see if anyone has come across this error...

I have legendary sigils in my weapons and when I go into my equipment tab, double-click my weapon and then click the legendary sigil, the game crashes. If I remove the sigil and add it back I'm able to change the sigil with no issues.

I uninstalled GeForce Experience and reinstalled the latest NVidia drivers for my RTX 2070. Also fresh Windows 10 install and GW2 install.
