Support Ticket wait time

I submitted a ticket 8 days ago. It shows "Last Activity" 7 days ago but there is no reply. Is that wait time normal and does it mean someone looked into it and did not reply? Should I just keep waiting or update the ticket? Over a week wait and no reply seems odd.

    I waited 2 weeks for a reply to a ticket i sent the first week of june, don't know if they have too many request or are just slow, unless it is urgent try to wait few more days, I don't think updating the ticket will get it replied faster.

    Took me 15 days recently to get a ticket resolved, I did not hear anything till the day it was resolved. I just checked a couple times to make sure it was still open. Seems like this is around the baseline these days sadly.
