Question about identity repair kit

Hi, I want to swap a valued name from one character to another. If I got the identity repair kit, when it is double clicked, does it 'split' into the makeover and name change kits separately, so I could keep the makeover kit and just use the name change, or does it take me straight to makeover and finish with a new name?Thanks.

for the record, it splits into two. It seems an obvious outcome, but at 1000 gems, I was a little nervous.
