Missing 1 Communication for "Always Time for Taimi"

I was following the guide from the Wiki, pressed the "Replay" bottom for each POF chapter in the story panel, interact with the Contact Point, and listen the full communication. However, there is still 1 missing and I have no idea what I miss. Both Wiki and Dulfy don't have a full list of all 12 communications for this achievement.

Do anyone know which communication is usually missed, or it cannot be achieve through the way provided by Wiki? Thank you.

When I was missing one, I did what the wiki suggested. I just went to one of the Contact Points, started each chapter, and then interacted with the Contact Point. I listened to the full communication, and then I moved onto the next chapter. That worked for me. Make sure you're doing each chapter.
