Can anybody move Empathic Bond to BM traitline already?

So we don't have our only source of counter condition utility in the same trait line?Also for PvP/WvW would be fantastic if the 20% is increased to 50% so it can have a way to effectively fight conditions if you go all in (using trait, runes and food)? That way i would not be forced to use WK and i could experiment other offensive trait lines.
