Mesmer Suggestion

Background: I just returned from vanquishing the Sacnoth Valley. I used a Mo/Rt build that is functionally similar to a Phantasm build Mesmer, but significantly better.

A "modern" Mesmer closely resembles some combination of Mesmer and Ritualist from the first generation game. I think it would be smart to revive part of the old Ritualist build.

Specifically, [ Armor of Unfeeling ] https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Armor_of_Unfeeling and [ Painful Bond ].
https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Painful_Bond The Kurzick skill; [summon Spirits] https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Summon_Spirits would also be a boon to Mesmer. The first two buff the spirits/phantasms of the caster. The third moves spirits/phantasms to the caster's location and heals them.

Here's why I propose this ; Such a buff would make Phantasm builds usable, expanding the scope of Mesmer. This would be balanced because the buffs are slot skills not traits. You'd need to commit at least 2 utility slots to this build. It could be comparable to the power levels of other builds without being an AOE "carpet bomb" situation.

As things stand, Phantasms are essentially costly clones. With the three skills I mentioned, they could become a potent force in there own right, without being overpowered.
