Perhaps, you could just state what the issue is. The screenshot requires loading several Mb, and it doesn't seem to be in English, anyway.Or, you can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below.

You need the named sunspear weapon that it states, NOT the Generic sunspear weapon you craft. (They both share the same skins)

This is what you need and you need to right click and select ‘add to collection’ (salvaging/forging has not added it to the collections consistently amongst the player base, I’m thinking because 1 weapon counts for 2 collections);https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Named_Sunspear_weapons

Notice on your screenshot it has a Unique name.
