[BUG] Volatile Harvesting Sickle not awarding Volatile Magic

As stated in the title, the Volatile Harvesting Sickle is not awarding me any Volatile Magic. The pickaxe and axe are awarding it in addition to the mats (as it should be), but the sickle isn't returning any at all.

EDIT: I've noticed that it's not awarding Volatile Magic when the particular gather doesn't exhaust the node.For instance, in the guild halls that have upgraded nodes, the first one or two gathers won't award ANY Volatile Magic, but the last one is more likely to (it still doesn't seem to be 100% on that though).
