Waving my head around a build (wvw)

My guild has been trying to find a proper spec for weaver. This is what we have built.

The basis is conditions cleanse with decent uptime in damage.

The build works but with weaver now becoming the most APM spec in the game. I am completely lost on what to us and when.

As a backing ele my main roll is damage and minor support. But what is everyone else using dual strike on?

I've been testing this for roam and was really fun! Dagger offhand can be used also for more movility.

It have really good condi cleanse, good dps burst (lightning rod) and enough sustain due high weakness application, traited swiftness (40% movement) and all the healings, blast etc from sword.
