The Pledge trait and Phantasmal Mage

I'll be bummed if this gets changed, but I think it's a bug so better to call it out. With The Pledge trait from Illusions line, you get three stacks of burning on cast of phantasmal mage (if you hit). I think it's supposed to be one. Short video below illustrates (The Prestige is only increased by one stack of burning)

It actually looks like the tooltip is bugged because it's not displaying the "Nearby burning" until you've equipped the trait. As far as I remember, the correct amount of burning stacks are applied with and without the trait.

Maybe there are some unique interactions that are only happening in my build, but I see three stacks on cast and then three stacks when the phantasmal mage attacks. You can see it here where the stacks go 3 to 6 and back down to 3 as the first three stacks expire.

Yeah, that looks like a pretty clear bug.
