facing the truth instance POF bugged

I am trying to complete path of fire try - am currently in face of truth instance - however when I pick up first wedged fragment - I only get the one achievement bubble pop up for "puzzle in time " - I am unable to place the wedge fragment in the puzzle no prompt to place in puzzle shows I can only drop it and this does not work have tried relogging issues persists and has been like it despite yesterdays update I am therefore unable to finish mission at all
