Zhaid Zhem.6508 Posted July 30, 2018 Share Posted July 30, 2018 I mean ...Pve : Scholar for power, renegat, berserker for condi (not even balthazar runes or krait equal renegat), monk or water eventuallyWvW : Scholar, strenght, Durability, Leadership...PvP : Scholar, leadership, pack, Lynx, adventurer ...Doesn't matter your class, even your build, always the same runes if you want to DPS or support. Some others runes work too, in niche builds for roaming to surprise a short time the opponent, but still.And the 75% remaining is trash. Too long ICD on (4) and (6) or just too low effects. Like Rune of the Rebirth which is recent ... Really ???? 100 concentration /6.67% duration ?????? 2k hp barrier with 90sec icd ??????
