I would think this would alleviate at least the problems with tickets (such as mine) looking for a password reset when I have access to my full account info, including game key and everything. I assume this is a challenge related to the actual software itself. Or at least maybe password hints? More folks seem to be stuck on access to their GW2 accounts but with ticket times in the (minimum) two week to (common) one month response time and all...And yes, I know some have said their tickets have been responded to in 20 hours. Izzykins.8624 Posted August 15, 2018 Author Share Posted August 15, 2018 I believe it does, but as I thought about it more I realized it was less about the password and more about the 'Remember Your Character Name!' requirement.
