Pulsating Pestilence now transfers conditions!

Maybe this was fixed a while ago and I'm just finding this out late, but it looks like this trait has finally been fixed and is now transferring instead of copying conditions. Rejoice! The tool-tip still says it copies, though, so it might be unintended.

From the May 8th 2018 notes: "Pulsating Pestilence: This trait now transfers, instead of copying, up to 3 conditions from the player to nearby enemies when swapping legends."
