Tactivator Recommendation

To reduce the likelihood that tactivator use isn't abused by enemy servers with alt accounts, please make tactivator use a wvw trait that also requires rank. You should require rank 500 or maybe more before you can even use a tactivator. This will make it less likely that a tactivator will be trolled by a low-rank alt account. It won't completely solve the problem, but it will probably eliminate 90% of the issues.
