Soulbound ToT bags

Personalized ToT bags were originally obtained by giving candy to kids who would make these bags for you in return - so there was a bit of lore behind them being soulbound, i.e. "personalized". I'm not sure if you can even give candy to kids anymore. Anyway, now the main source of these bags are achievements, and they can be received on characters who weren't the ones doing the achievements. This causes the bags to get spread out around a number of characters who are unable to transfer them to another character for mass-opening. Instead, you have to open the bags and transfer all the individual items that spill out, every time, for every character that winds up holding some of them.

As their method of acquisition has changed, please turn these into account bound bags so we can open them on a single character with the least amount of pain in having to deal with the contents.
