funghetto.1584 Posted December 12, 2018 Share Posted December 12, 2018 hello after 11-12 patch, i have noticed that:using Hgh trait, Elixir E changes only the protection duration, doesn't give the 2 stacks of might and doesn't reduce the recharge from 40s to 32s.using scrapper elite spec, the barrier that gives Elixir E doesn't change at all.... should be 3000+15%.... and stays the same.... elixir U: tooltip is wrong of quickness applied with Hgh trait.... it's only +20% duration.... doesn't go from 3-4s to 9 hehehe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd like to think ANet would apply balance changes more thoroughly and carefully by now or at least invest 5min into testing it. But it doesn't surprise me.
