solemn.9670
Anyone know why using mortar kit skill 5 and skill 1 as a physical combo finisher doesn't apply regen despite displaying "[Regen]" ? Glitch or intentional? Doesn't work on self or others
Are.1326
Mortar #1 is a projectile finisher, so for the regen only applies to your allies around the enemy hit by the projectile that passed through the waterfield. Yea, it is convoluted and pretty poor design. Blast finisher would make much more sense for mortar #1, but I think Anet consider that too powerfull. Not only anet^^ think of a 1.3k AoE healing each ~0.6s (with quickness) while also doing the autoattack damage of the mortar.... and this without any healing power applied. Trait it correctly and add some healing power + healing buffs and you would reach 4-5k AoE healing per second in any water field.
Dediggefedde.4961
Why do enemies need to get hit to apply friendly boons to allies? You could use water and light fields for heal and condi clean by aiming the projectiles at your allies (helpful bullets). It seems counterintuitive to me that you cleanse/heal only allies near hit enemies. This would make projectile finishers much more interesting for the supporter.
