For veterans, this is your chance to welcome new people and show them the ropes, go and create squads for the newer people to follow, and make use of this feature that a nice Dev added for us. For newer players, if you cannot find a Commander or are looking for something specific, check out the lfg, someone may be running a group you may be interested in.
