NPC Missing for A Hopeful Cure [Solved]

I completed the first three steps for Newborn Skyscales, but the 4th step "A Hopeful Cure" says I should go back to Gorrik. But when I return to where Gorrik was at Skyscale Eyrie, the loaner skyscale is still there, but Gorrik is not. I logged out, I tried multiple times during the day, and even tried after daily reset - he's still not there! So I can't continue past this point.

I don't think Gorrik is right by the loaner. Try one of the nearby caves/little gullies around the Eyrie.
Though, I'm not sure on which step you are.
Keep in mind, when Gorrik moves to Sun's Refuge, you must be on the character that started the collection to receive the mail.

Found him. He's just a bit west, and lower down - directly across from the mastery point - from where he was originally.
