Nephalem.8921 Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 Ranger's harpoon skills go on full cooldown when not facing the target and moving at the same time instead of using the interrupt cd. Also did go always on full cd while inside the hitbox of the underwater fractal jellyboss without doing anything.Since the jelly sucks on almost all the time it failed more than it worked.
