Coin Collector: Uplands

I'm 'cleaning' up old achievements, and this is one of them:

However, I can't for the life of me find #28 on that list that says "Near the location for the Learned Legendary Llama Locator achievement but go just below it to get this coin."

I've been looking at a few guides, but either they are out of order compared to the wiki, I don't know. If anyone can screenshot the exact location of where #28 is supposed to be, and make sure it's the same #28 the wiki talks about, I would be most grateful.

The guides are definitely using a different numbering sequence than the achievement panel does. This is because the guides were written well before ArenaNet went back in an expanded the achievement to contain numbers (before it just listed ## / ## ).

Hm, well that's weird. I found 28 just north east of the Restoration Refuge POI, on the other side of the mountain? Ah well then.
