Regarding "The Talking Dead"

I've just watched a compilation of all the strange happenings in Bjora Marches. One of these happenings includes a kodan female. I'm of the opinion that this kodan is Ushers-in-Spring, Cloudseeker's Voice.

Ushers in Spring is more then likely the Icebrood Voice we fight in Asgeirs Legacy, as she lacks an Icebrood Claw to pair herself with and apparently she fell to the whispers of Jormag.

There's a Kodan Voice ghost that lingers around Frostborn Cascades (around the e) which can be found. It disappears when you get close, like the east Bjora ghosts do. The same Voice ghost (model) is seen as part of the Strange Kodan shows, being the ghost that leaps off the cliff. I figured that was Ushers-in-Spring. The Icebrood Kodan Voice is also possible to be Ushers-in-Spring. All three could be, given the time-messery.
