How often does Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic go on sale? Wait or buy?

I just got the runecrafters and silver one. I'm wondering if it's worth waiting for copper fed sale or just get it imminently.

Copper-fed goes on sale at least 2 times a year. You can check the wiki page for past dates and events.

It is always on sale during the Anniversary sale, but it happens in August-September. If you have gems, I would recommend to get it now rather than wait for the next sale.

Personally, I don't see the benefit of the thing for the cost but maybe because I am too casual of a player.

Copper-fed is the most cost-effective salvage kit in the game for blue and white gear and salvageable items. Depending on the price you've paid in gold, it might take some time to get this money back in savings. However, this salvage kit is one of the few 'must-have' convenience items in the gem store. It really helps to focus on playing rather than inventory management.
