Can't put a ticket in

I tried to buy gems and couldn't. A thread said to put a ticket in. I tried but I get the following message (I am in the US and not using a VPN) -"Your IP address is not permitted.IP restrictions are enabled. Access may require connecting to an office network or VPN. Contact your Zendesk administrator for help."

So I can't buy gems or put in a ticket to resolve why I can't buy gems. This is very annoying.

Same thing is happening to me. Can't buy gem, can't send a ticket and that message happened. I restarted the game, I even restarted and updated my computer.

Just to add to this. Now I can't sell items on the blackmarket store or whatever it is called. When I right click and try to auction an item I get some error message.

Just to update - I logged out and back in and this not being able to sell is no longer an issue.
