Can't buy gems using paypal [merged]

Just tried to buy Gems from the shop in game using PayPal, and an error quickly flashed: "Unfortunately an error has occurred." It's a shame the game won't take my money. Guess I'll give it to another game instead. And no, I'm not using a VPN.
