Hullo,I'm sure a lot of you are aware of server sync issues (or colloquially called "skill lag") when three servers collide - the game becomes virtually unplayable - especially for a group play. Some consider it a server problem, after the change of em. But it's most likely the fault of syncing. You see, at some point, Arena Net delivered a patch including all the structural updates like watchtower and "marked" system. So technically, whenever that happens, the server has to render players FAR AWAY from you - let's say even on the other end of the map. Since then, the "skill lag" got even worse, compared to what we've had before. It's clearly a syncing problem. It's worth to notice, that it was at acceptable level before. I've put together a video, from some of our raids past two weeks, showing HOW BAD it can get. Also the explanation of the above is around 5:32.
To some of you, this might be a common knowledge, but that's not the point. Will it be addressed by Arena Net at all? Or do we have to suck it up and continue to play a dysfunctional game mode? (as this is clearly what we are doing now). WvW has to be treated as a module of a whole product - e. g. if you order a new premade PC and one of the components (modules) isn't working properly, causing the entire thing to run like crap - would you consider it a good purchase? No. Discuss, or do what you will with that information.
