  1. also for a better tempest boost maybe a decrease for utility skills significantly and a trait which activates aura without full overload while not to long of a cool down of the attunement with more aura application tempest tempest would become aw more worthy support and as sad to say, in pvp where everyone is moving, many player miss heals or it's immediately burst down to invalidating heal tempest whereas with various aura boons, who knows if it could be a game changer, and also maybe tempest could have more one aura base traits which specialize in one and the traits boost each aura instead of one boost all if you're worried about an overtuned tempest hehehe pun. an example a tempest could be heal and team condi support in which it's overtuned frost aura reduces condi damage and duration, or magnetic aura trait tempest trait which focuses more on team support against heavy projectiles. Of course there should be draw backs like increaseD condi damage to your self, and 10% percent more damage from long range attacks while drawing in or basically taunting. for more strategy and of course tempest should have dodges ready or your insta dead, but your necro won't be and there will be a furiuous soulbeast deadeye cursing in stealth

  4. Also tempst would add boons to allies but not it self so no immortal tempst and there can be cool downs
  5. Also more than auras would need to be done to make elementalist a viable option and I'm just hoping for a tempest boost. Problem with core is that elementalist is some godly player's hands can get top damage but, a guardian who maybe does 75% of core elementalist maximum damage contributes more with boon vomit, and area denial, and of course decent dps. Whereas an elementalist they can heal (no damage) but fb can do it to while reviving the dead elementalist who was pew pew by a soulbeast and deadeye

To compete with other classes while keeping lore maybe core elementalist could have not only sunspot but a more frequent application of auras and various buff from other attunemnt, while tempest could apply boons not previously known to elementalist like quickness and resitance all within the elite so it doens'nt ,make weaver broken of course there should be trade offs. Maybe elementalist could have a trait which applies more aura in which it make weapon aura ammo. **Also maybe elementalist should have a trait like freshair but for all attunement of course their should be a cool down and trade off oh and weaver an tempest mechanic removes this trait so they don't become broken. With this multi element fresh aire elementalist can be more reliable in burn application or a great condi applicator (sunpot) they have more heals with heal ripple, therefore can sustain a fight, and maybe even 1v2 fights. with earth maybbe a constant application protection would make it wonderful and this is just for core elementalist and maybe lock traits range or meelee **maybe even boosting damage when fire, reducing condi damage when water and reducing damage when maganetic aura, and of course weaver and tempst mehcanic replaces core elementalist aura mechanic so weaver and tempest aren't made broken not that it would and maybe every aura except shock aura could be applied to core elementalist every attunement but a trade off would be maybe squishier with fire, less damage when magnetic aura, and maybe slower in water, and more susceptible to condi to make it intersting.y But trade offs are likely not necessary. As for tempest maybe boost magnetic aura to give two stack to three stacks of stability, and frost aura two seconds of resistance, shock aura quickness, fire aura or shield, retaliation, this way firebrand doesn't need to be nerf to ground and there could be more option for team fights as seeing one firebrand as team support can make pvp not as eye candy but fun nonetheless. Also great job with lore of the class of interpreted lore and sorry if ignorant and arrogant. Just want to have fun with more than weaver. It should be noted that elementalist would be an aura master, while tempest would aura overload not only attunemnt but auras to make it more practical competitor with firebrand

  8. The other classes already have it. Berserker recieved a boost renegade found ore re-established a wonderful bunker build. sadly eles is the poster child for classes of traits outdated and or has such pitiful impact when combined with class mechanic, i'm looking at earth traitline. also sadly while other classes have a plethora of build diversity, elemenatlist is stuck either arcane or water traitlline with other niche glass cannon or what one would call meme build. And sadly any decent gamer who played every class will know how to kite elementalist primordial stance which sometime make condi impractical and while other classes has instant 6k damage while being tanky. So even if their opponent played your class like say herald or spellbreaker and you're a spellbreaker or herald you can still even the odds with an instant burst. whereas elementalsit is stuck with with low range skill, easliy doge-able skill, and a coni applicant which can easily be kited by any decent player. which is why power builds should be supported as a elementalist will have stable damage, but i undrstand that weaverr could be broken with it great--or decent sustain but still power builds should be supported and i really don't like playing condition builds. and as you said maybe nerfing other classs could be answer,but if you nerf other classes they'll complained "i'm going to stop playing because my build is ruined" also whether you wanted to admit it or not the game ,might seem a little dull when big numbers aren't on the screen, and you'd have to nerf more bunker builds ;-; **also the key point is that whether it's trait or utility skills elementaliat are outdated for example, earth of armor the cool down it is long and can easliy be corrupted if or ripped off and or the conjure weapons, they're mostly viable in pve and and not wvwv or pvp. Then there's cleansing ire a long cool down and sadly a condi bomb is folllowed by another condi bomb making it useless. hopefully these skill can be nerf to 5 stacks and become an ammo utility awhile cleansing less condition** So even if weaver power builds are improved not EVERY other class needs a boost. Their other classes which need to boost but not EVERY

Can unravel activate sunspot in future and even healing ripple, if so then it might be a decent niche, sadly the boons don't last long and it doesn't seem to reliable as many other utilities of other classes, plus unravel is viable replacement for other needed utility to keep a weaver alive, and can the boon be applied form staring element and the second element,also for sunspot ties with burning rage so it could be decent more squishier but fun. Don't know if it would fix but it might be more useful. and ther could be a cool down for each attunement

I understand but the improvement was meant for pvp and wvw, in which instead of npc any class decent player can kite our slow predictable skill as spellbreaker said power weaver isn't to viable in upper tiers of skillhood unless becoming a glasscannon or killing enemy very slowly, which sadly leads to boring gameplay for the opponent or instant death for cc chain and burst. In which case have a damage modifier applied weave self even if just ten percent would be quite agreeable. and pls remember maybe each class should excel at something and sadly for weaver we can only provide dps and limited cc. whereas guardian, revenant bring instant dps burst and boons.Which is why i saw many people say weaver is the last choice (maybe in competition with renegade) to use in tournament. A a quote from a spellbreaker top tier, "I played every class but weaver, it just feels useless"

Can you boost weave self to benefit power builds maybe a 15 or 20% damage modifier increase it only boots condition damage and can unravel be reworked to dish out condition for three seconds based on element or if the boon duration can increase since it's almost not worth another thing berserker headbut removes stability but oour tailored victory is shut down by stability pls if it could remove stability s well and maybe shorter float.also fiery greatsword should have a way lower cool down considering we don't have much access to fury without becoming a glass cannon with air traitline.this means we can't crit as much and even if we have amulet which is power base we become a glasss cannon in which maybe high risk should have high returns.a warrior doesn't have to sacrifice surviability to to do 8k damage in fact the'r best defense is killed before their killed and rampage wipes me off the face of of the earth yet has a lower cool down than fiery greatsword which doesn't do a signicant amount of damage worthy of three minute cool down. Maybe make the second pickup of fiery greatsword last 20 seconds but even the skill of fiery greatsword might not need a toon down since we can rarely tae advange of ferocity and crit without being a glasscannon.

I missed runescape and being ganked from all sides please if you could make a world in which you have to place a item in as sort of bet and if you're killed the player get it. achlso there should likely be no squads passed three.It;s just for fun.i know we have WvW but the landscapes seem bland to me now but being killed in Lion Arch not shabby and less violetsPlease no teams everyone is an enemy in fact maybe only friendlist with people who have been your friend for more than a month could be allowed to join party

As an alternative to nerfing and boosting traits can you give classes who lack weapon based boost some boost like elementalist. an example, Elemental Rage, could it give 150 to 300 ferocity when weilding a meelee weapon and maybe less with other weapon or can ferocious winds grant 14% of vitality ferocity with meelee.i know traits are attunement based but it would be nice to have incentive to try close range power based since it's laughed at by Spellbreakers and weaver. This way staff won't seem like a problem even if ferocity is given traits. and it would be decnt risk and decent rewards. also i don't know if it's useful shouldn't air give some sort of quickness. Also Elemental Pursuit seems useless with such a long cool down unless it triggers for each attacker could you lower cd And lastly can you make unravel also spread conditions based on attunemnt or pls significantly increase duration of each boon.As it's not as useful it could be Maybe make each boon last 10 seconds would be nice.also could Uwravel trigger sunspot and other attunement base switch Sorry if I sound ignorant

  17. I have a lot of trouble fighting them it's either loss or a draw as both a weaver and spellbreaker and of course i'm new. Pls if you could tell me the most important skills to save my dodge for. Also i'm using fire trait and not water for more dps. This might also be a problem
