You thinking there will be a sale attached to the expansion release?

Morning Folks, So I have been poking away since returning to the game, and while owning all expansions (save the one announced a few days ago) I was a bit surprised (more due to my ignorance) that I only have access to LS1 chapters...and 1 chapter in S4 (second to last one). Anyways, not complaining, but was just a bit surprised as I had assumed they were part of the expansion purchases. Soooo, long story short, what is a the cheapest way to unlock ALL of this content? I am assuming there is a better way that purchasing each chapter via cash (gems)? Maybe not...but figured I would ask 🙂 Thanks in advance for any info
