Update, relinks are still on, delayed one week though, not for an entire month like most you care bears are whining about.

Is EU reset before NA? I'm actually asking because this I'm am unaware of. Either way, relinks are going to happen, thats almost a fact. Just because it hasn't been announced yet, doesn't mean it's off.

LoL just j/k because people are freaking out because Anet hasn't posted relinks yet??????. Come on MAN!, pull you self together and breathe.... I remember little over a year back, you didn't know your relinks untill an hour or so before reset.

Can confirm, they just hide the tracker, but you can't actually complete the "Daily Completionist" until level 11 on a free account. As of today on reset I am lv 14 on my free account and the "Daily Completionist" is still unavailable for me at this time. I'm starting to think you cant do the "Daily Completionist" on free accounts because of the potential for gold farming? 2g daily=60g/month for 10 mins work each day.

I looked under the limitations area of the link above, I didn't come across anything specifically related to "Daily completionist". The only thing close I seen mentioned something about "Daily achievements" Daily achievements1 achievement per category — unlocked by default3 achievements per category — unlocked at level 114 achievements per category — unlocked at level 31 I'm trying to find if there is a restriction to account age or character level before the Daily completionist is available. Any verification on this subject would be appreciated.

I made a Free Account today and I was wondering if Free accounts able to do the "Daily Completionist"
