we completed the crystal stage with over 20 seconds remaining and it reset????

I'm trying to complete the "Saving Sibaha" achievement and I'm stuck on a single step, I've tried on 2 toons and got the same problem both times. at the "Get information from Aaminah" step, she just walks away and I can't interact with her. On the return trip she says to wait till safety and after that spammed "F" does absolutely nothing. It for some reason has shown the next step in the achievement line but when going to mount maelstron, Sibaha hasn't spawned. is there a fix for this or a workaround?

@VDAC.2137 my screen isn't actually going black, it stops getting a signal to the PC until I unplug and and plug back in. I'm not sure about your issue sorry.

computer does nothing out of the ordinary, it's as if the HDMI cable fell out. But of course it hasn't. too weird. Never had a problem like this with any other game.Thanks for the reply

After about a minute of gameplay the screen will disconnect from the computer. Alt tab does nothing, I can still hear game audio and friends confirmed I'm still connected and can move and use abilities. Alt F4 closes game but screen still black. I have to hold power button and hard restart. I have an i7 4770k, GTX 980. I've tried fullscreen and windowed borderless, problem prevails. My other PC (i7 8700k, GTX 1080ti) doesn't have this issue. I used to play GW2 on the first PC mentioned before PoF and had no issues.
