No. Actually The Dusk Experiment is required for Twilight III. It is the result of finishing Twilight II. And while i do have the recipe, it is no use without the corresponding Achievements

I am not at that stage yet. That would be the reward for completing the collection that i cant access.

Yes i have completed the tracks. I am also working on Bifrost III and have had no problems. I received Chest of The End, which contained recipes for Second Tier Twilight, however when i speak to Hobbes, the collection for Twilight II, The Perfected Nightsword is Locked, as is The Art of Forging.

I am working on Crafting The legendary Weapon Twilight. I have just finished the first collection, Twilight I and have received the Box of Recipes to continue the journey, However, the Collection for Twilight II isn't open. While trying to research the issue i also discovered the same problem with my crafting for Sunrise. I am told that there is a known issue regarding these two Weapons but cant find any information as to what my next step should be. can someone help?
