100% computer nub here, but I experienced a crashing issue on another game, not quite computer freezing levels of crash, but crashing nevertheless. I changed the version of windows it launched with (compatibility mode stuff) and it worked just fine afterwards with aforementioned other game. As far as how to do that, I googled it. I tried it out on GW2, using Windows 7 as the setting. I use Windows 10. Seems to be working decently with minimal issues. Sometimes my sound lags a bit, but I'll take that over my computer freezing any day! Honestly, just might be attributed to me being a really new player and the download for all of the DLC still needs to happen.
