Please note that, while the yellow achievement symbol above the skills bar is for 3 minutes, the 'time remaining' in the upper right corner is 5 minutes. So, if it shows for examle 1:55 left after defusing all bombs, the 3 minutes are over.

Well, I face the same issue. At the moment, all my nearly completed achievements are PvP.My request: Add a checkbox list 'PvE', 'WvW', 'PvP' (and any others of which you can come up with) and show only the achievements of the checked categories.
