For at least half a day the event "Defeat the White Mantle and save the villager from burning" has been bugged. I keep checking back, and it is stuck with the villager having an empty health bar and 0 torch runners remaining. The Seraph forces won't retake until this even clears in some way. I need the follow up events to finish my Cin Business collection so I have been checking from around noon to 8:15pm EST. I'm on Isle of Janthir, if that matters at all.
