I am missing the Dragon's End portion of the Cantha Explorer achievement but I have map completion in Dragon's End--what am I missing?? TIA!

I'm on Dragonbrand on NA and we've been seeing a bunch of players on Maguuma going into downstate.

We're fighting for Maguuma and they have downstate; however, we have no downstate.

Ditto, missing the shared inventory slot and lvl 80 boost. I already restarted the game but no luck. Submitted a ticket; we shall see what happens now.

I have been getting disconnected in Sirens Landing (several times) and Malchors Leap (once) . I get the same message. Whatever I have been farming in Orr gets reset too, so looks like I lose progress too.

If you are on NA, the first Triple Trouble after reset succeeds every time I got on early enough (~8:40pm EST).
