Serpent Siphon and Sansdstorm Shroud are applying their barrier and thus their alacrity and other boons based off of proximity. I first noticed this issue in raids where players not in my subgroup were receiving barrier and alacrity from me. Upon further testing while Manifest Sand Shade does prioritize players in my sub group with it's barrier application, both Sandstorm Shroud and Serpent Siphon will give their barrier to those closest to the center of it's application, ie the middle of it's AoE. The barrier application is even applying to minions before players, if they are closer to the center of the AoE. This is making barrier and boon application very inconsistent on Scourge and punishes groups/ classes that use minions.

In HoT, i am playing through the campaign for my first time. I am in the quest, City of Hope, and after completing all three trials i am stuck. From a play through i saw my character should pick up glints egg, but it is not happening for some reason, and i can not progress in the quest. http://prntscr.com/p8uv9j Edit: I replayed that mission and was able to move forward. Stayed farther away from the door when i took down the champion, not sure if that helped or what the problem was though.
