I'm not the only one with this issue. Every time I down the dog, I go up and his life regenerates back for some reason so I can't harm him while in the air. Help!

The Unstable Abomination is part of Living World Season 3, Episode 3: A Crack in the Ice, The Bitter Cold. When you're in the cave trying to defeat it if you kill off all the grub before the boss dies there is no other way to hurt/defeat it. For me, there was only one grub visible, but under the floor. This made it impossible for me to harm the boss. I had to kill myself and start the encounter again.

The "formulate a plan" part of The Invitation did not allow me to speak with the characters after the triggered dialogue. I tried walking out and back in but the options to speak to them were gone.

Not sure what the issue is for those that are stuck in the barracks, but to Attune with the raven in the barracks, you need to train Raven Bond in your masteries window. It took me a bit to figure out that was what I needed to do to progress.
