this bug is still persisting, I am unable to complete the vision collection because of this bug. I tried to change the map several times, killing and rekilling Waasma's buddy doesn't change anything, waasma always ends up coming back and proposing the same event again and again, pepperseed never appears. I don't know what to do except not playing anymore.
