The thing that drives me mad about it is the game used to work better. Everytime I see it I am reminded they made the game worse.

If the "and" were a literal "and" then masterwork alone would still have it greyed out unless you have lower.If the "and" functions as an "or" then it should light up with either. If we check the functionality of "fine and lower", it lights up with fine or lower gear. This change is logically inconsistent from a programming, math, and even game functionality point of view. Having two identically named options function differently with one functioning against all logic is bad. Please revert. This is just as bad of a change as making "Fine and Lower" greyed out when you have no fine items. It serves no positive function and only harms players.
