ive never done anything to get banned, but now i cant seem to get anything to work even the site if i try to login normally, it logs me in via remember but now idk what it is

ive been back playing for about 2 weeks and after dealing with the super long load time issue, now i have yet another..i was litterally playing all day yesterday but now as of last night when i try to login to the launcher it says wrong info. even though the site itself works. Please help? i ticketed but they often take forever to respond. i even changed my pw in case it was a hacking case but its doing it yet again.
